Our business hack is how we make sure guests have a relaxing and trouble-free stay in our self-catering properties. Each house and apartment is different, so when a guest arrives they are in strange surroundings. We check everything is ready – from the heating being at the right temperature, cleanliness is checked by an area manager, the maintenance team check all appliances, clean outside areas, then the details like windows and locks wifi, bulbs, batteries, fire and Co2 detectors and first aid kit and torch, and all the instructions are present and correct.
In the unlikely event that a guest still encounters a problem during their stay then we are on call 24/7 to attend to their needs. This helps us to achieve our high levels of guest satisfaction and also reduces the amount of call out charges for our owners.
